A little more connected to the neighbourhood.
I live right here in Craig Henry and work with clients throughout Ottawa. Every month or two, I’ll share A Neighbourhood Note, created especially for my neighbours in Craig Henry, Manordale-Woodvale and Trend-Arlington, with local stories, timely home tips, businesses worth knowing and the occasional plain-language look at what’s happening in the market.
No listing blasts or weekly inbox clutter. Just thoughtful local updates from one neighbour to another.

What you’ll find in your inbox
Every month or two, never every week. Usually around four hundred words, or about two minutes with your coffee.
Some notes will be practical: what I do at my own home before the first cold snap or what the gutters need once the leaves are down. Others will be about the neighbourhood itself, a local business worth knowing or a story a neighbour has shared with me. A few times a year, I’ll also walk through what has actually been selling nearby and explain what the numbers mean in plain language, because the real story is often more interesting than the headlines.
